CARE and USAGE:

Clean the cutting board as you would any other: Simply wash in warm soapy water to remove all traces of food. To remove stubborn stains, use a mild solution of bleach or sterilizer and rinse thoroughly. Avoid contact with heat,e.g.pots.and pans. This board is dishwasher safe and heat resistant to 90°C.
